Shipping Your Loot
Once you’ve claimed your treasures, our guild of artisans gets to work. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully process and pack your order for its journey to you.
Shipping Methods & Timelines:
- Standard Courier (DHL / FedEx): Your package will arrive within 10-15 business days after it ships. This service costs $12.95.
- Free Shipping (EMS): For orders over $50, we’ll dispatch your goods via EMS. Please allow 15-25 business days for delivery after shipment.
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by factors outside our control, such as customs processing. We serve adventurers globally, though delivery to some remote regions in Asia and elsewhere may not be available.
The Return Quest: Our Policy
Even the finest gear can sometimes be not quite the right fit for your quest. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
⚠️ Restricted Items
To ensure the health and safety of our entire community, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Opened Paints: This includes all Army Painter Warpaints and similar liquid pigments.
- Used Brushes & Airbrush Equipment: Such as Badger Airbrush products.
- Opened Basing Materials: Including any Bases and Accessories that have been used.
- Downloadable or digital content.
These items are only eligible for return if they arrive defective or damaged.
Your Three-Step Return Quest
Step 1: Initiate the Return
Contact our support scribes at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your:
- Order Number
- Item(s) for return
- Reason for the return
- Preference for a refund or exchange
Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Once approved, pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including all original parts and accessories. Enclose a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
Step 3: Dispatch to Our Headquarters

Adventurer’s Tip: Use a trackable shipping method! You are responsible for the package until it arrives at our forge. For international returns, mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees and note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Reclaiming Your Gold: Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.
Timeline for Funds to Appear:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process it.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process it.
International Adventurers: Refunds are issued in US Dollars (USD). The amount received in your local currency may vary slightly based on your payment provider’s exchange rates at the time of the refund.
Exchanges
Seeking a different artifact? Follow the standard return process and clearly state which item you wish to receive in exchange. We will ship the new item once we receive your return.
- If the new item costs more, we will invoice you for the difference.
- If it costs less, we will refund you the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your miniatures arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund, often without requiring you to ship the item back.
