At Gamegenic Store, we understand that even the most carefully planned campaigns can sometimes need adjustment. Similarly, we know that sometimes a product might not meet your exact expectations for your tabletop adventures. That’s why we’ve crafted a Returns & Exchanges policy that’s as straightforward as rolling a natural 20.
We stand behind the quality of our miniatures, paints, and accessories. If your purchase doesn’t bring you the gaming joy you expected, we’re here to make things right.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that due to the nature of certain products, some exceptions apply (see below).
Return Process: A Three-Step Quest
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for the return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Once we approve your return request:
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging
- Include all original parts, miniatures, and accessories
- Enclose a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
Step 3: Send to Our Headquarters

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the package until it reaches us.
Refund Timeline & Method
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- Processing time: 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account:
- Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same process as returns
- Clearly indicate the item you wish to receive instead
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product
- If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
To protect all adventurers in our community, certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:
- Opened paints (Army Painter Warpaints and similar products)
- Used brushes or airbrush equipment (Badger Airbrush products)
- Opened or used basing materials (Bases and Accessories)
- Downloadable content or digital products
These items may only be returned if defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your miniatures or products arrive damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll promptly send a replacement or issue a refund
- You may not need to return the item (we’ll provide instructions)

International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
- Refunds will be issued in US Dollars, which may result in slight variations due to exchange rates
